You probably have questions like how much money can I earn while hosting an open house? And what are my obligations for this type of Job? Also, what would my hours be like? All hosting positions with Hosted open House will pay 20 dollars per hour, on a part time basis only, with no additional benefits, extras or deductions. Hosted open house will pay each host as an independent part time contactor and ONLY after all the feedback and guest list information is received after each event of hosting. Our requirements are noted:

• All applicants must be over the age of 21 years.
• All applicants must possess a valid driver’s license in their local jurisdiction and have access to a vehicle for the purpose of transport to Open House property location
• All applicants must possess a smart cell phone with text and email capabilities
• All applicants will be required to complete and provide details of a police and background check in their local jurisdiction to Hosted Open House (not necessary for licensed realtor, agents or brokers as their local governing bodies will have already researched back ground and police checks) Please note our back ground service provider is mybackcheck.com and you will be required to cover the expense for this background check and share a copy of these results with Hosted Open House through the process.
• All licensed candidates will be expected to provide evidence with additional supportive licensing documentation for their local jurisdiction in which their license is held
• All successful hired applicants will require 5 open house signs – some licensed people already possess their own (we can also provide on an affordable lease to own option)
• All applicants must provide front and back scanned copy of current valid driver’s license and their Social Insurance Number (In Canada) or their Social Security Number (In the US)
• All successful applicants will receive in house Hosted Open House training
