Hosted Open House Cancellation Policy:  All customers may cancel their open house booking with hosted open house within 24 hours prior to their hosting event.  Cut off for notice on cancellations for Saturday and Sunday must happen by noon on the previous Friday.  In the event you have cancelled within the allowable time frame you will be given 100% full refund through electronic fund transfer or cheque in the mail.
If you have cancelled after the said time frame or last minute when your host arrives then you will be given a 50% refund based on the booking requested and period paid for through our 1800 number or our online booking process.

In the event Hosted Open House for whatever reason does not arrive to your booked open house request, then Hosted Open House will refund 100% of your money and award you with the very next open house for free on the very same property, providing it is the same time frame as your initial paid for booking request.
