Want To Meet Your Host?
It is recommended that you the home seller client/customer are at your property for your host’s initial arrival and then back in time for close up. This will give you the privilege to meet your host in person and help you to confirm the arrival and that the property is turned over in good fashion at the end of the open house. This always saves our host’s time as easy access is wonderful!
Our hosts will also provide at no cost to you the home seller, a 30 minute extra grace period if your property is busy with viewer guests so keep your eyes peeled for that too!
